I thought I’d give this one a different twist, because “naughty” doesn’t equal “evil” in my book. And I didn’t feel like talking about the characters I don’t like.
So here are my top 5 “naughty” characters:
Nik – Gemina (Amie Kaufman & Jay Kristoff)
Nick isn’t the nice boy next-door, he’s part of a gang and he deals drugs. That being said, he’s not ‘evil’. Throughout the book, he tries to do the right thing. He’s also a terrible flirt. So as far as the naughty ones go, he certainly applies.
Zuzana – Daughter of Smoke & Bone trilogy (Laini Taylor)
Zuzana is hilarious, stubborn and extremely loyal. She’s basically the best friend you could possibly wish for. I think the image above shows just how naughty she can be, but it’s all for a good cause.
Nikolai Lantsov – Grisha verse (Leigh Bardugo)
Nikolai Lantsov, pirate and prince. Isn’t he wonderful? I love him because of his sass. I mean, when he says things like:
“I took a breath. “Your highness—”
“Nikolai,” he corrected. “But I’ve also been known to answer to ‘sweetheart’ or ‘handsome.”
I can’t help it 🙂
Nina Zenik – Six of Crows (Leigh Bardugo)
What can I say? Leigh Bardugo writes amazing characters. Nina is a ball of fun.. and also a master over life and death… Let’s have a quote, shall we?
“It’s not natural for women to fight.”
She rolled her eyes.
“It’s not natural for someone to be as stupid as he is tall, yet there you stand.”
Yesssss, all the sass!!!
Rhys – ACO… whichever one you want to pick (Sarah J Maas)
I reeeaaaaally like Rhysand. He’s such a badboy but once again fiercely loyal to his friends. Naughty to the bone though…
There you go…
5 naughty characters 🙂 You’re welcome…
